Tariff

All rooms are en -suite
     
 Prices are per person based on two sharing a double or twin bed room and include a full Scottish breakfast.

Single £28.00--

Double or twin £30.00 per person

Family room £30.00 per person

Single occupancy   for double or twin room is available on enquire.

We can supply a travel cot if required.

INFORMATION AND BOOKING CONDITIONS;-

RESERVATION can be made by telephone, email or a deposit by cheque
If making a reservation 1 month in advance or more a non returnable £10 DEPOSIT p.p. would be required

CANCELLATION: - a guest wishing to cancel a booking must do so 2 days before they are due to arrive or 1 night’s accommodation will be charged p. p.
if you don’t stay the length of booking a charge will be made for 1 night stay p.p.

SMOKING; - All rooms in the Guest house are NON- SMOKING. A charge of £30 will be made to any guest not complying with this policy.

CHECK- IN; - is available any time after 3.00pm if an earlier check-in is required please enquire in advance. If you are a late arrival after i.e. 6.00pm please let us know in advance

CHECK -OUT; - Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. If you wish to check -out at a later time please inquire in advance as a charge maybe made .

BREAKFAST; - Is served between 7.30am & 8.30am we can supply high chairs for babies, if an earlier breakfast is required please request this in advance.

PETS; - Sorry but we do not have facilities to accommodate any pets.
